Charming, helpful & efficient. She kept me informed, explained everything fully, and answered my queries.
I'm a police officer and have been meaning to make my Will for ages. With the increase of violence towards officers and with the Corona Virus pandemic, it was now time to get my Will. I have two amazing children and an amazing fiancée; I wanted to make sure they will be looked after financially, when I die. What a lovely and simple service. Perfectly convenient and everything was made so easy. Rachel put me at ease straight away, whilst completing my Will. Her kind and thoughtful manner, made a hard, personal process so easy to achieve. I can't thank Rachel enough, for all she has done.
