Senior Associate
Jessica is a Solicitor and Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team and advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial legal services.
She has experience in dealing with Share Purchase Agreement, Asset acquisitions and disposals, Share Option Agreements, Charity incorporations, CIO incorporation, corporate governance and constitutional matters and well as restructuring and reorganisation.
Jessica is also a Champion in the Northamptonshire Chambers #WomenWithVision networking group. All champions are leaders in their chosen fields with a wealth of knowledge & experience providing members with mentoring and support.
