Hayley Mauro was excellent. She was incredibly helpful from our initial call, explaining everything so clearly and taking the time to answer our questions and outlining our options to try and resolve our legal problem. Hayley undertook all the pre-action protocol correspondence on our matter and her well-crafted legal arguments formed the basis of our subsequent civil court claim which we won. We were so grateful for her in-depth knowledge of the law and her expertise which was clear in her work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hayley.

Hayley has been an amazing support and guide in an anticipation of a potential dispute. She has provided sound advice and ensured that I was fully safeguarded in terms of a potential contract dispute regarding a franchise agreement. I consulted with Hayley at each stage and felt in extremely safe hands. We had a favourable outcome which was ensured by Hayley’s careful crafting of terms that was met favourably by the other party Thank you Hayley. The result has meant complete peace of mind and safeguarding of my business
