While I genuinely wish the circumstances for me getting to know you had been different, it has been a pleasure working with you and I can’t thank you enough for the advice and guidance you’ve given me throughout. All too often and especially where children are involved, marriage breakdowns are full of conflict and with an outcome that leaves emotional scars and financial distress. With adults that’s painful but typically we get by and recover, but with children, it can have a lifelong impact. I do believe that the time you’ve taken to properly understand our circumstances, and build a personal relationship has made a massive difference. The result for us is that we have remained friends and our children are happy and understand what’s happened. Also, on a practical basis, we’ve almost entirely achieved this using one Solicitor and Paralegal in less time and with significantly lower cost than if we’d had two.
