Chloe Lake,
Trainee Solicitor
Chloe is a Trainee Solicitor in the in the Commercial Property Team at our Kettering office.
She assists senior fee earners acting for private individuals, pension funds, small businesses, national companies and banks on a wide range of legal matters from land acquisitions and developments as well as business leases, sales and purchases, lease renewals and extensions, through to larger commercial property and land transactions.
Chloe received a First Class LLB with Honours in Law in 2021 from De Montfort University where she was also a Business and Law Placement Mentor and Digital Ambassador.
She is currently studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with an LLM in Legal Practice at Nottingham Trent University, which she will complete in 2023 prior to commencing her Training Contract at Wilson Browne.
Outside of the office, she has also served as a Student Representative and Events Officer on the Northants & Bucks Junior Lawyers Division committee and is an avid charity fundraiser.
