Sara is a Paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial team at our Corby office. She holds an LLB Law Degree from the University of Essex, complemented by the completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and has earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law.

With a keen interest in corporate affairs, Sara specialised in Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law, and Commercial Law during her Legal Practice Course, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of complex legal landscapes.

In her current role, Sara provides assistance to clients across a spectrum of legal matters. Her proficiency extends to handling various aspects of acquisitions, disposals, charity applications, and other facets within the corporate and commercial domain.
