Samantha Adkins is an Associate Licensed Conveyancer based in the Kettering office of Wilson Browne Solicitors.
Samantha started out as an office junior and worked her way up before qualifying in 2016. Having worked as an estate agent for a short period of time and as a homeowner herself, Samantha can empathise and relate to clients on what is described as one of the most stressful aspects of someone’s life – buying or selling their home! Samantha prides herself on trying to take away that stress and can assist clients with sales, purchases and remortgages.
Outside of work, you will find Samantha spending time with her husband, their 2 young daughters and Beagle/Dachshund dog. Samantha also enjoys taking part in a weekly 5K park run.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review of my experience with WB, who were instructed as my solicitors for my first house purchase. To begin with, everyone in the team, from Emillija and Wendy to Samantha, has been amazing to deal with. The process through and through was seamless. There was always someone I could talk to in case I had any questions, and emails were responded to in a timely manner. The entire process took 5 months from start to end.
