Krishna Trivedi,
Legal & Finance Assistant

Krishna is a Legal and Finance Assistant in our Court of Protection team.  She is responsible for, reconciling bank statements, monitoring deputyship bank accounts and dealing with financial institutions.  She is also responsible for preparing files for detailed cost assessment and e-filing with The Senior Court Costs Office and is the first port of call for clients, taking and dealing with enquiries from them, their families and care staff.

Krishna graduated with her LL.B. Law Degree in 2019, followed by the LL.M. Master of Laws, and the Legal Practice Course in 2021 at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University. Krishna has always had a love for the Law, particularly in its adverse variety and the impact it has on people’s lives on a daily basis.

She has previous experience working as a Paralegal in Commercial Litigation but decided to join the Court of Protection team in 2022. In her legal career, she likes to help those in need, which is why the Court of Protection is a perfect team. Being vastly family oriented, Krishna is able to empathise with anyone, understand them and provide the support they require. On the other side, Krishna is a social individual, a thrill seeker who is always up for anything and enjoys making people smile.

In her spare time, Krishna has a huge passion for cooking, including traditional Indian and Gujarati cuisine (and can also fluently speak Gujarati), for a variety of sports, and for music. She has been playing the Clarinet since she was 9 years old, performed within Orchestras, and loves listening to a range of music. Krishna is also Beyoncé’s biggest fan.
