Jennie is a Partner and Head of the Employment team. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, has 21 years’ experience as an employment lawyer and is an accredited CEDR Mediator. Specialising in all aspects of employment law, she routinely acts for both private sector organisations ranging from SMEs to multi-national companies and public sector organisations.
Jennie’s work covers the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law including corporate support and due diligence exercises. Having the client’s objectives at the forefront of her focus, Jennie prides herself on being approachable and provides practical, clear jargon free advice.
Recently Jennie has advised on a number of large scale strategic projects (including senior management restructure, outsourcing/insourcing exercises, modern slavery act compliance), provided support and guidance on day to day operational and people management advice (such as performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, bullying, discrimination and employee disputes), and worked with other teams on multi-million pound transactional instructions.
