Jennie Jahina is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and specialises in all aspects of employment law. Jennie routinely acts for both private sector organisations ranging from SMEs to national companies and public sector organisations.
Experienced in all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment law Jennie deals with matters including large scale strategic projects (such as restructuring, legal compliance, business relocations and outsourcing/insourcing exercises), day to day operational and people management matters (such as performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, immigration, bullying, discrimination and employee disputes), and employment tribunal representation. Additionally, she is an accredited CEDR Mediator.

Jennie read law at De Montfort University in Leicester prior to undertaking her Legal Practice Course at the same institute of learning.
