David is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Team: as such he advises on a variety of civil and commercial disputes with particular interest in:

David lives in Northamptonshire and before qualifying as a Solicitor worked in the financial service industry for over a decade. This gives him a unique perspective regarding the commercial realities and challenges of running a business.

David oversees the Debt Recovery Team ensuring that when you ask him to act for you, your debts are recovered quickly and efficiently. He can also provide advice in relation to both corporate and personal insolvency including dealing with setting aside and serving statutory demands, winding-up petitions and annulment of bankruptcy orders.
He recognises that you want to keep your costs to a minimum and will actively seek to reach a settlement to your case at an early stage. He can advise you on the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (finding solutions without going to court) and is an accomplished negotiator, tactician and mediator. .
