Sharlene is a member of our HR team, reporting to Sally Mitchell (HR Director).
Sharlene is our Talent Acquisition Specialist and has 17 years of in-house recruitment, interviewing, and HR experience, largely within the finance and sales sectors.
She is responsible for sourcing external talent for the firm and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of our new starters.
Sharlene works part-time, so is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She is kept busy for the rest of the week with her family, including 2 young children and a pet dog.
