Sharlene Sortwell,
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sharlene is a member of our HR team, reporting to Sally Mitchell (HR Manager).

Sharlene is our Talent Acquisition Specialist and has 17 years of in-house recruitment, interviewing, and HR experience; largely within the finance and sales sectors.

She is responsible for sourcing external talent for the firm and overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of our new starters.

Sharlene works part-time, so is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  She is kept busy for the rest of the week with her family including 2 young children and a pet dog.
