Jill is the Operations Manager and is responsible for developing our quality and LEXCEL systems and for ensuring compliance with them. She is also the firm’s Data Protection Manager.
Her role brings her into contact with all of our staff and she provides key support to our lawyers to ensure that they can always deliver services to our clients in the way our clients want to receive them.
She used to work as a Customer Service Manager at the Legal Complaints Service so has full understanding as to what clients like and dislike about lawyers and can work with our teams to ensure that our client service is always improving

We follow Government advice regarding Coronavirus.
We are open for business and operating within Government guidelines, so need to make important changes to procedures.
Visitors seen by appointment only
*limited to one client(s) per office at a time. This ensures adequate ‘social distancing’ and is for everyone’s benefit.
*It also means we can reduce the number of meeting rooms in use and ensure adequate cleaning between appointments.
Documents and other paperwork should be deposited through the letterbox:
*We discourage people from entering the building unless necessary.
*We can conduct most things ‘remotely’: via email, telephone call etc.
These measures are for your protection and to make sure that we can serve the needs of all of our clients by adopting good working practices.
