Kate Newman,
Paralegal

Kate is a Paralegal in the Corporate Commercial team in the Northampton office. She graduated from De Montfort University with a First Class Honours in LLB. She then went on to complete her Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice, graduating in 2017.

Before joining Wilson Browne Kate worked in Corporate Finance for 5 years, advising on mergers and acquisitions of all shapes and sizes. This experience has enhanced her commercial and financial awareness. She now hopes to build on her experience at Wilson Browne to become a corporate/commercial solicitor.

Kate believes that communication is key and is committed to building great working relationships. One of the things she enjoys most about her role is learning new things every day, and how to overcome new challenges on a regular basis.
