Rebekah is an Associate in the Company and Commercial team, having trained and qualified at a local firm within Northamptonshire before moving to work in the city.

Rebekah studied law at Nottingham Trent University, on the flexible learning course which enabled Rebekah to work as a paralegal whilst studying for her law degree and subsequently building up a vast amount of practical experience in the earlier years of her legal career.

Rebekah specialises in transactional work and has had exposure to large multi-million pound and indeed cross-border transactions, providing UK corporate support to clients situated all around the world including those based in Australia, Frankfurt, Budapest and Italy. Rebekah has been involved in several noteworthy acquisitions in the last few years of her legal career, including in the automotive and logistics industry.

Taking an active role in developing and building relationships with her clients, Rebekah has a reputation for going above and beyond to deliver and support on their transactions. Rebekah prides herself on commitment and dedication to her clients.

Rebekah has an array of experience in the corporate and commercial sector. Her work includes undertaking due diligence on cross-border transactions, working on share sales, purchases and restructures including management buy-ins and buy-outs, providing practical and commercial advice on commercial contracts including franchise and distribution agreements and advising on various corporate governance matters.
