The solicitor who led us was excellent in that he provided us with detailed guidance as to the process we had to follow. This was unfamiliar to us. He directly undertook, and in a timely way, the tasks that he needed to perform. Where we had work to do he gave meticulous instructions as to what needed and how to go about it. Indeed, there were several instances where he showed us examples, or provided templates of what we had to perform, or meetings to be held and the agenda to be followed.
