Holly is a Partner and Head of our Corporate & Commercial Team. She has experience of dealing with companies of all sizes, owner-managed businesses, SMEs, Private Limited Companies, partnerships and charities.
Holly’s drive and enthusiasm are a great addition to our commercial law offering, and she works closely with the firm’s other commercial law teams, providing a comprehensive offering to businesses regardless of their size.
Whatever the type or size of business, Holly deals with all aspects of the business lifecycle, from incorporation, advice on Directors’ duties, and secretarial support; to preparing Shareholders Agreements, Partnership Agreements, and terms and conditions of trade; to restructures, mergers, sales and acquisitions, banking and loan documentation, and succession planning.
Needless to say, Holly prides herself on giving the same high level of attention, client care, and accessibility throughout any transaction or work.
