Rekha Kotecha,

Rekha is a dedicated Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing Team at Wilson Browne, based in our Northampton office. She assists in ensuring the buying and selling process is seamless for our clients. Rekha is often the first point of contact, liaising directly with estate agents and lenders to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.

In her role, Rekha drafts contracts, assists with searches on purchases, sets up matters for completion, and handles post-completion tasks. Rekha aims to be proactive in her approach to ensure that clients are well informed and supported throughout the conveyancing process.

Rekha graduated from the University of Kent in 2020 with an LLB. After spending three years in the public sector, she has returned to the legal field and is currently pursuing her Master of Laws and Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice, which she is set to complete in 2024.
