Becky is an Associate in the Contentious Probate Team. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007 and has a strong background in civil disputes. She has over 9 years of experience in dealing with probate disputes.
Priding herself on being friendly and approachable, she has real understanding of how the loss of a loved one can take its toll on people. Becky feels it is important to help her clients find a resolution as swiftly as possible and provides the best possible advice to do so, in a plain and simple way.
Becky can assist in both bringing and defending claims where a Will is being challenged, Inheritance Act claims, removal and replacement of executors and many other probate disputes.
Outside of work Becky’s passion is her family and travelling and preferably a combination of the two! From camping to beaches, cities to rolling fields, she loves to explore and the more history the better! She just loves the chance to talk “travel” with her clients!
