Temujin is a solicitor based in the Northampton office and part of the Employment team.

Temujin advises clients across all aspects of employment law, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. At the forefront of his practice is a dedicated, no-nonsense, and commercially minded approach. In the Legal 500 (the who’s who in the legal world), he was testified as “a dedicated and highly reliable professional who is extremely responsive and attentive…knowledgeable in employment law and takes the time to provide clear and concise advice”.

Temujin has extensive experience in negotiating and litigating employment law claims, having been involved in multi-day claims relating to discrimination, harassment, victimisation, breach of contract, and dismissals. His recent caseload involved FTSE 500 corporations, international banks, leading universities, and local councils.

Temujin has acted on numerous HR/ER matters, including employee exits, redundancies and settlement agreements, achieving improved and favourable terms for his clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Browne, Temujin completed his training at a Legal 500 ranked Employment team based in London. Additionally, he has worked for another ranked firm and commercial bank after achieving a first-class law degree.

Outside of work, Temujin enjoys playing basketball and going on long walks with his dog.
