Thanks for visiting our careers pages.
We can’t respond to every approach but if your email is in relation to an advertised (or speculative) role, it will be forwarded to the relevant team for consideration: we’ll be in touch if we’d like to move things forward but if you don’t hear from us within 14 days then sorry…but it looks like we’re not a match made in heaven (or we haven’t got what you’re looking for).

Full-time Marketing Administration Assistant - Kettering.
WE’RE FUN! …there, we said it!
The business of law is serious but that doesn’t stop us having fun and doing what we do best as a Marketing Team – delivering award-winning campaigns that mark us out as distinctly different.
Don’t get the wrong idea though: we’re here to deliver results and support our lawyers by driving the firm’s profile and organising advertising and marketing whether it’s TV, radio, press, networking, events…in fact anything and everything online or offline.
No two days are the same. One day you could be updating website content and coordinating social media posts, the next you might be helping organise a client event, preparing marketing materials or supporting a legal directory submission.
You?
Perhaps you are the person everyone turns to when they need something organised, coordinated, proofread, booked, updated or just generally sorted?
You may be an experienced administrator, or you may be someone looking for a foot in the door within a marketing function – either is fine with us, as long as you are highly organised, enthusiastic and have a good eye for detail. If you’re also creative and have an interest in marketing, this could be the perfect role for you!
What are we looking for? Someone who can tick the following boxes:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team and helping the team deliver marketing campaigns
- Maintaining marketing records, schedules, materials, documents and promotional stock
- Helping keep our website up to date by uploading and updating content (and removing old content where needed) – ideally you’ll know a bit about WordPress, but it’s not essential.
- Assisting with proofreading and checking marketing materials; whether hard copy or digital.
- Supporting the organisation of events, networking opportunities, exhibitions and careers fairs and attending as required. (These are often out of usual working hours).
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and event logistics (but only where it is directly marketing related!)
- Liaising with external suppliers including printers, designers, photographers and event organisers
- Helping ensure all communications and materials reflect our brand standards
- Obtaining quotes and placing orders for marketing and promotional materials as required and ensuring they are kept updated.
- Helping to track activity on our media plan and to stay organised; including diary management and arranging meetings – it’s a busy team.
Due to the need to be on-site where required at various events, the successful applicant will require a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Why join us?
You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your marketing knowledge, gain hands-on experience across a wide range of activities and play an important role in helping us to continue to grow our brand and reputation.
