Commercial Property Lawyer - Kettering

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Commercial Property lawyer to join our Legal 500 recognised team based at our Kettering office.

Wilson Browne Solicitors are the current Northamptonshire Law Society Law Firm of the Year; were Highly Commended by the national Law Society, and the commercial property team is one of the largest in the county.

A qualified solicitor, FILEX or CILEX Associate with at least one year’s PQE you will find a role with client exposure and responsibility from day one. Commercial Litigation Lawyer - Kettering

Are you considering making a career move and want to join one of the leading Commercial Litigation teams in Northamptonshire? If so, please read on.

The suitable candidate for this role will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation and will be confident in all general litigation matters. You will strive to provide your clients with the best proactive and practical advice whilst managing your work in a timely manner. This role shows great potential for progression so is ideal for someone who is dedicated to furthering their career in litigation.

The role is varied and will include the full range of disputes that businesses and individuals encounter, to include breach of contract, shareholder/directors disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, property/land disputes and costs.

We are looking for an accomplished Litigator ideally with experience of the Civil Procedure Rules, but more importantly a willingness to develop and grow areas of specialism, together with an enthusiasm for marketing. Essential skills are an attention to detail and an ability to perform under pressure in a supported environment.

The suitable candidate is likely to have 5+ years PQE. However, applications from candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience will also be considered.

Company Commercial Lawyer - Corby

Acquisitions, Disposals, Exits, MBOs, MBIs, Asset Finance, Restructuring, Shareholder Agreements…

..if you follow all that, then you’re talking our language, and if that’s the case we should be talking.

It may come as a shock, but there is an active Company & Commercial market outside of the big cities – this region is thriving and with that, comes great opportunity for ambitious lawyers.

You will have experience in most if not all of the above, including commercial agreements, advising on alternative forms of business structure, giving general commercial advice, and have an excellent knowledge of transactional processes. It should go without saying that you’ll need technical expertise.

You’ll also need 2-5 years PQE and a good range of commercial legal experience. If you’ve got this far in your career you are no doubt a confident communicator: persuasive, articulate, and friendly with a good sense of humour…and a hunger to get deals done (as well as having good drafting and analytical skills).
