
Chloe is a Solicitor in the Employment Team, based in Northampton.
Chloe covers both contentious and non-contentious employment matters across all clients. Chloe has a background as in-house legal counsel in the tech and higher education sectors, where she advised on a broad range of HR/ER matters, including redundancies, employment tribunals, grievances, disciplinary investigations, and M&A, with a pragmatic, risk-based approach. Due to her experience as in-house legal counsel, Chloe is attuned to the nuances and key aims of commercial clients and the key concerns of individual employees.
Additionally, Chloe attended Lancaster University, where she obtained her LLB Law degree and an LLM in International Human Rights Law.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading and strength training in the gym.
