Case Scenario 1
Our team supported a UK based business that produced a chemical product to review a master services agreement for a manufacturing business based outside of the UK. As the master services agreement was a standard document for the manufacturing business, it contained a lot of provisions that were irrelevant and, in some cases, detrimental to our client’s business. Our team supported the client to negotiate the complex document by analysing the risks that the client was exposed to, providing them with a good footing for their negotiations.

Our team supported a large business in the food and drink sector to review complex framework agreements and call-off contracts forming part of their many high value public procurement contracts. We worked closely with the procurement team at the client’s business to support them to meet tender deadlines, suggest amendments to contracts that permitted amendments and, where required, to produce risk reports.
