Bespoke Agreements – Scenarios

Our team successfully designed a bespoke agreement between a business client in the food and drink business and another business that manufactures fertiliser from organic waste. The parties wanted to work together to eliminate waste from farms in a symbiotic arrangement that assisted our client to fulfil their corporate responsibility obligations while also providing the manufacturer with raw materials for their commercial product.

Our team designed a bespoke owner management agreement and operator agreement to facilitate a client to outsource services from an independent business to operate kiosks located within the buildings that the client had commercially leased.
