Amanda is a Senior Associate FCILEx within the family team with over 11 years experience in family law. As a Chartered Legal Executive, she has experience in all aspects of family law, including children, divorce, financial and domestic abuse matters.
Additionally, Amanda is a domestic abuse champion with the Reducing the Risk charity, and Resolution accredited in private children and domestic abuse.
She is empathetic and understanding of clients’ circumstances and appreciates many clients are going through an extremely difficult time in their lives when they come to see her.
Amanda approaches each case sensitively and without judgement, she seeks to offer each client a supportive environment to discuss their case, whether in the office or online. Amanda is passionate about being able to help clients from all backgrounds.
She has been working in family law since 2009 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2014. She is also a member of Resolution, an organisation for family lawyers with a code of conduct, which states that matters should always be dealt with in a non-confrontational way. This is an important way to deal with a matter as there are often strong emotions at play when there is a breakdown in relations, such as in family disputes, and therefore it is important to remove stress from these situations.
During her spare time, Amanda likes to spend time with her 3 children and Husband as well as baking!
