Contesting A Will: Celebrity Case – John Lennon

Here comes the Son… John Lennon’s Will cut out his eldest son, Julian, a child from his first marriage. Julian contested the Will on the grounds that his father had been unduly influenced into drafting the Will.

After a long period of litigation the case was settled for an undisclosed amount however it is rumoured to be a much smaller sum than the amount Julian would have received if there was not a valid Will.
