Tom is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team in our Northampton office. He previously completed trainee seats in Employment, Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation, he was also a paralegal in the Commercial Property team.
His keen areas of interest are mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and business restructures and he believes in collaborative work with other departments, helping clients with all of their business needs and covering all bases. Tom prides himself on providing clients with pragmatic legal advice and is acutely aware of the need for a commercial approach.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys swimming, going to the gym and playing golf.
