Wilson Browne’s Commercial Property Team is celebrating after being named Commercial Property Team of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards 2026.

The awards, which recognise the very best firms and professionals across the UK property sector, were held at Manchester Cathedral earlier this year. With firms from across the country shortlisted, it was a fantastic moment for our team to hear Wilson Browne announced as the winner.

Our Commercial Property Team works with businesses, developers, landlords and investors on a wide range of matters – from acquisitions and disposals to leases, refinancing and development projects.
