Nicky is a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Employment team. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. She qualified as a solicitor in July 2008 and joined Wilson Browne in June 2025.
Nicky specializes exclusively in Employment Law working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters primarily for businesses and senior individuals. Her range of work includes reviewing, advising on and drafting contracts of employment and business policies and procedures. She advises on grievances and disciplinaries, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, breach of contract claims, post termination restrictions, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal processes.
Having had previous experience working in a HR role, Nicky has gained valuable understanding of the day-to-day issues faced by both employers and employees which enables her to empathise with her clients. She has also previously spent a number of years dealing exclusively with tribunal claims which has given her significant experience of the process involved.
Nicky has a down-to-earth and proactive approach and focus on providing clear and concise advice.
Nicky is a regular speaker at events and undertakes bespoke inhouse training.
