I should like to thank you and your team for all the help that I’ve been given during what was, for me, a brand new experience. The last time I bought/sold a house was in 1971 – mine, not someone else’s. I have been impressed with the way in which the matter has been handled; while knowledge of the processes (and snags) involved could be expected, I have been impressed with the standard of communication, the promptness with which queries have been resolved, and your unfailing patience and good humour. We could not have chosen better.
