House of Commons Library publishes briefing paper on changes to use classes and permitted development rights

The briefing paper looks in detail at the changes made in 2020 to the:

• Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (SI 1987/764).
• Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/596).
