We will draft and send pre-action letters, in respect of your overdue invoices, to include a calculation for late payment interest and compensation where appropriate, at no cost at all to your business. You don’t even need to pay for a stamp.
If the initial debt recovery letter does not result in payment and you believe the debtor may have the means to pay, we can then offer free credit checks on debtors before issuing proceedings, fixed costs proceedings, enforcement of judgments and of course our expert advice throughout.
