Holly Threlfall – Partner

Holly joined in the team in 2023, having worked for 10 years in the industry Holly prides herself in the dedication and commitment that she gives to her clients. She specialises in corporate law and deals with all aspects of a business lifecycle from incorporation and advice on directors’ duties and shareholder rights, through to corporate governance and Shareholders Agreements, Partnerships, business restructures, succession planning and business sales and disposals, business acquisitions and growth strategies, banking and funding documents and employee share schemes.

Andrew Kerr – Partner

Andrew has a wealth of experience and is recommended by the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for his jargon-free approach and pragmatic advice to commercial clients. Working with a range of clients from owner-managed businesses through to multi-national corporations, Andrew advises on a range of legal matters including business acquisitions and expansion, retirement sales and management buy-outs, restructures, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements and disputes.

Duncan Crowther – Partner

Duncan comes to the law with a unique angle, with a background in engineering he has an understanding of complex commercial contracts and applies a pragmatic approach to the businesses that he supports throughout the region. His expertise includes protection of your intellectual property, e-commerce and franchising, data-protection, corporate structures, the sale and purchase of businesses, employment & compliance.

Jessica Hooley – Senior Associate

Jess is an experienced practitioner, specialising in corporate and commercial law with a wealth of knowledge on constitutional matters and structures. Jess’ clients include not only businesses but charitable organisations and community interest groups that need as much support as the companies she looks after. Jess’ expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, advice on business contracts and supporting start-ups.
