Ellie Tate:

Ellie qualified with Wilson Browne in 2022 following the successful completion of her training contract. She works with a diverse range of clients, including private individuals, businesses, charities, pension funds and social landlords, supporting them on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. From acquisitions and developments to leases, renewals, sales and purchases, Ellie plays a key role in delivering practical, client-focused advice on transactions of all sizes.

 

Ellie Tait - Wilson Browne Solicitors

Kulraj Kaila:

Kulraj supports clients across a wide range of commercial property matters, working with private individuals, pension funds, businesses, charities, banks and social landlords. Her experience includes assisting with land acquisitions and developments, commercial leases, property sales and purchases, lease renewals and extensions, as well as more complex commercial property and land transactions.

Shakira Khan

Shakira advises individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Inheritance Tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has particular expertise in estate administration and planning, helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future.

With a background in property law, Shakira also specialises in matters where property and private client work overlap, including declarations of trust and property ownership arrangements. She is an accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a Dementia Friend, and a Council Member of the Northamptonshire Law Society.

Charlotte tom

Charlotte assists the Private Client team on a range of matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration. Since joining Wilson Browne after completing her Law degree and LPC at Nottingham Trent University in 2020, she has gained valuable experience across Residential Conveyancing, Private Client and Clinical Negligence, giving her a well-rounded understanding of clients’ legal needs.

 

Gemma White

Gemma qualified with Wilson Browne in 2024 after completing her training contract. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has built extensive experience supporting vulnerable and elderly clients, with particular expertise in Court of Protection and care funding matters.

Passionate about helping those most in need, Gemma advises on deputyship applications, statutory wills, trustee matters and care home funding issues, providing practical guidance to clients and attorneys navigating often complex situations.
