Summer Social 2026: Celebrating the People Behind Wilson Browne

At Wilson Browne Solicitors, we believe our success is built by people.

Of course, our lawyers are at the heart of what we do, but every member of our team delivers the service, support, and expertise our clients rely on. From Partners and Solicitors to our administration, reception, finance, IT and support teams, everyone plays a vital role in making Wilson Browne the firm it is today.

That’s why we close our offices each year and bring colleagues together for our Summer Social.

Taking Time to Connect

In a busy working environment, it can be difficult to find opportunities to spend meaningful time with colleagues outside of day-to-day work. Our Summer Social is designed to do exactly that.

It’s a chance for people from across our offices and departments to get together, strengthen relationships, meet colleagues they may not work with regularly, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

Set in a beautiful location, this year’s event provided the perfect backdrop for a day focused on connection, wellbeing and fun.

Something for Everyone

Whether colleagues were looking for adventure, creativity or simply a chance to relax, there was no shortage of activities to choose from, including rock climbing, laser quest, duck herding, floristry, painting, boat rides, batak board challenges throughout the day.

The variety meant everyone could get involved in a way that suited them, whether that meant stepping outside their comfort zone, discovering a new hobby, or cheering on colleagues from the sidelines.

Just as importantly, it gave people the opportunity to put work aside for a few hours and enjoy spending time together.

Celebrating Our People

Alongside the activities, the Summer Social also gave us the opportunity to recognise the outstanding individuals who help make Wilson Browne such a special place to work.

Our Annual Staff Awards Ceremony is always a highlight of the day, celebrating colleagues who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, teamwork and support over the past year.
