Clients Rank Wilson Browne Among East Midlands’ Top 5 Law Firms*

Wilson Browne Solicitors (WB) has been recognised as one of the most highly recommended law firms in the East Midlands, according to new client experience data published by Legal 500.

The findings are based on feedback from thousands of law firm clients gathered as part of Legal 500’s annual independent research programme.

WB achieved a top-five ranking in the region based on its client recommendation score, making it the only Northamptonshire-based law firm to receive this recognition. This achievement reinforces the firm’s reputation for delivering exceptional client service to both businesses and individuals across a wide range of legal matters through its specialist teams.

The rankings are derived from responses to the question: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”

The results are used to calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS), a globally recognised measure of client satisfaction and loyalty, reflecting how strongly clients advocate for the firms they use.

Drawing on almost 5,000 client responses across the East Midlands, the research provides a unique insight into the law firms that are earning the highest levels of trust, confidence and recommendation from their clients. This strong performance demonstrates the firm’s continued commitment to providing outstanding legal advice and a client-centred service experience.
