Reasons to choose Wilson Browne
Time for a new job?
Looking for a varied role dealing with the public and businesses? Maybe you’re trying to find a way into law but not via the ‘usual’ route?
If you answered ‘yes’ to either, a role in our New Enquiries Team could be right up your street.
We have a temporary role with a strong possibility of it becoming permanent based on current demand, and of course your own ability. Alternatively, it could be that elusive ‘foot in the door’ for someone looking to pursue a career in the legal industry.
If you enjoy dealing with the public and helping people; or want to ‘get into law’ but find that doors are closed, then for the right person, with the right drive and ability there are opportunities to progress.
What does our New Enquires Team do?
In simple terms they are the front line of the business, dealing with all new inbound enquiries by phone or email.
They understand the caller’s issue, get the important information, ensure it’s something we can help with, and arrange appointments where applicable.
The teams deals with all areas of law including Conveyancing, Family Law, Wills & Trusts, Childcare (Social Services), Medical Negligence, and a broad range of commercial aw including Peroperty, Litigation, Employment and Company & Commercial.
Working in the team gives great insight to all areas of law. You speak to a vast range of people, to help them and at the same time develop a large amount of knowledge about the legal profession. It can be challenging, but it’s also fast-paced, exciting, and offers tremendous variety
Alysha Baker, New Enquiries Team Leader.
Every day is different and the time goes quickly. The ethos of the firm is just brilliant and I felt right at home within a couple of weeks. Everyone here is approachable and willing to help.
