How Long Can A Planning Inspectorate Appeal Take?

The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) receives approximately 20,000 planning appeals each year.

As the number and type of appeals tends to change every month this can affect the length of time it takes for PINS to deal with a planning appeal. PINS has updated its average timescales for planning, enforcement and householder appeals.
