The transaction was complicated by the extensive due diligence required for each member of the target group. This element of the transaction was completed efficiently and in a timely manner ensuring that the matter completed within the time constraints required by the selling shareholder.

A further complication involved the detailed negotiation of the terms of payment of the purchase price some of which was payable on a deferred basis.
