The Corporate and Commercial team at Wilson Browne Solicitors has recently advised on a complex commercial contract for the supply of both goods and bespoke services to the owner of a globally recognised food brand.

The advice involved the review and provision of advice concerning the proposed commercial contract, including in respect of expected service levels, statutory compliance, limitations of liability and TUPE considerations on contract entry and exit.
