The Corporate and Commercial Team assists in a multi-million pound transaction, involving the disposal of a Northamptonshire based window and door manufacturer

The Corporate and Commercial team at Wilson Browne Solicitors has recently advised in a complex disposal of a private limited company for an undisclosed sum.

The private company specialised in the manufacture and design of PVC and Aluminium window and door systems.

The advice involved the disposal of the entire share capital of the company, together with the transfer of associated intellectual property assets and the completion of property and employment-related documentation.

The Corporate and Commercial legal team also worked closely with the accountants and tax advisors to the clients concerned to ensure that the transaction was completed smoothly, on time and in the most tax-efficient manner.
