We are encouraging people to deal with us “remotely”: that means that in the majority of cases we can conduct business and give advice without the need to meet in person.
If there is a reason to meet in person, we can do that by appointment.
Sometimes it good to see the person you’re dealing with. That’s why we are offering “Zoom” calls.
If you have a computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet (iPad etc) with a camera and a microphone, you’re all set to go.

We’ll send you a link and a password: you follow the link, enter the details and you’re all set.
You don’t need to download any special software and can view in most web browsers, although Zoom may ask you if you want to download an ‘app’ – you don’t have to.
