Head of Childcare Team, Helen Russell confirms Law Society Children Law re-Accreditation.

We are pleased to announce the confirmation of re-accreditation for the Head of our Childcare Team, Helen Russell – Children Law Accreditation.

All of our solicitors are accredited children panel solicitors who are able to accept instructions from guardians on behalf of children. That means each solicitor has undertaken rigorous scrutiny and anyone instructing them can be assured that their experience, working practice and track record has been independently assessed, and they are deemed specialists in child care law: they have the knowledge, expertise and experience needed, and can accept instruction on all cases including complex and demanding matters.

The Wilson Browne Solicitors Childcare Team have 5 children panel member solicitors, are recognised by CAFCASS (an independent organisation tasked with looking after the interests of children involved in family proceedings and works with children and their families, which advises the court on what it considers to be in the children’s best interests.
