Your Role

It’s not all file work! We want someone able to build relationships internally and externally –  the right person will shape their role and contribute to the team in their own way. You will manage your own case load (with appropriate supervision) and you’ll be developed – we pride ourselves on giving people the room to grow and advance their career.

You will provide clients with expert legal advice, leading on files and delegating to more junior members of the team where applicable, and experienced legal support staff will assist you. We have a proper case management system (minimising the use of paper!), and an award winning marketing team to help generate leads and deal with initial enquiries.

As you’d expect, the core of your work will focus on: Wills, Estate and inheritance planning, Probate, complex estates and administration, LPAs, and Trusts.

The person

  • An experienced solicitor, legal executive or practitioner in private client law
  • Organised and motivated
  • STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Commercially astute and enjoys an element of business development
  • Works well as part of a team and independently
  • Able to meet agreed KPIs and fee targets.
