Our pricing is clear and includes lots of things that others charge extra for, when an ‘all inclusive’ price isn’t as ‘all inclusive’ as it first seems.
If you are buying, we will take care of completing the necessary legal paperwork for your new mortgage and completing your stamp duty submission (which some other conveyancers charge more than £200 plus VAT for).
When it comes to selling a home, some conveyancers charge for discharging your existing mortgage – something we are happy to do (for one existing mortgage) within our quoted fee.
