Minara is a Senior Family Solicitor at Wilson Browne and has over 15 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown. Minara qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 after having worked in London, for many years specialising in cross border family disputes involving children, child abduction and children proceedings, particularly matters relating to the Hague Convention.
She has a passion for private children proceedings and has a wealth of experience in this field. Minara is result orientated and client focused with a realistic approach. Minara is keen to ensure clients receive clear, constructive and practical advice to enable them to understand the options available to them, whether they choose to resolve matters by agreement, negotiation, and mediation or through the Court process.
Minara regularly acts for clients who have complex marital and children disputes including criminal convictions, domestic violence, Injunctions and other difficult cultural matters. Minara also has extensive experience in dealing with Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
