Marianne is a Solicitor within the Medical Negligence Team.
The Team handles a wide range of Medical Negligence cases against NHS Hospital Trusts, General and Private Practitioners.
Marianne advises on a variety of Medical Negligence claims, to include representing clients on matters arising from surgical errors, delays in diagnosis, negligent misdiagnosis, fatal claims and psychiatric injuries. She is also able to assist with Inquests following the death of a loved one where the cause of death is unclear.
Marianne always strives to help clients obtain the answers and redress that they deserve, doing what she can to make things better for them. She believes it is essential to keep clients well informed throughout each stage of their case, which can often be a lengthy and complicated process.
