Aimee is a solicitor in our Employment Team, having qualified in 2017.
She acts for businesses and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Aimee advises on people management matters including disciplinary and grievance processes, performance and absence management, restructures and bullying; Equality Act matters including discrimination and harassment; employee disputes; breaches of contract; unfair dismissal; and settlement agreements.
She enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and believes that communication is key to achieving this. She also prides herself on giving commercial and practical advice. Aimee has a seat on the Northamptonshire Law Society Council as a representative for junior lawyers across the profession.
