Local land charges search results from Land Registry will no longer include entries affecting adjoining land

Reasons to choose Wilson Browne

From 20 August 2020, results of searches through the Land Registry’s Local Land Charges service will not include information on charges that affect land adjoining the search area.

The Land Registry has announced that the change is in response to customer feedback and is intended to simplify the results of searches. The announcement is available here
