It’s All About You! – The Wilson Browne Staff Awards 2021
Reasons to choose Wilson Browne
It’s all about you!
That was the theme for the Wilson Browne Solicitors Staff Awards on Thursday 18th November held at the Kettering Park Hotel.
With an introduction from Chair, Kevin Rogers that resonated with every member of staff, it was an evening to give thanks, look back at the past two years and celebrate the successes through one of the worst periods in a generation.
During this period many of our employees were classed as key workers, trusting in the Boards openness and finding solutions to difficult circumstances which included;
- begging, borrowing, loaning old laptops, chromebooks and tablets
- understanding when some jobs could be done remotely, and some not.
- innovating- witnessing documents over car bonnets, through windows, in reception areas.
- supporting clients, often the older ones, when other firms closed their doors.
With 130 employees attending it was wonderful to see so many people meeting others for the first time and being able to put a name to a face they had only seen over zoom.
With 14 Awards Categories voted by the Partners and staff there was something for everyone. Special mentions must go to newcomer Solicitor Kayleigh Brown who walked away with three trophies as well as our Employee of the Year Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Jodie Coley (pictured above with Senior Partner Helen York) who won an amazing £750 holiday vouchers to spend at Dragonfly traveller, congratulations Jodie!
